Beaujolais is one of those areas in the world where there is a diversity of wine styles all based on the same grape, in this case Gamay. Beaujolais can be the sweet cheerful stuff of picnics or can be Cru as this wine is. We have bottles of this Duboeuf wine both chilled or at room temperature, drink it as you wish, just drink it.

Laurent owns no vines, a small portion is purchased as fruit, but most of the wine he sells is bought already vinified under his guidance. The wines are bottled by hand, at one- twentieth of the standard sulphur levels and are not filtered. Any way this wine is produced in Castellina from an amazing amphitheatre vineyard. The winemakers are blending old and new winemaking techniques to produce this quintessential Chianti Classico.
